Director of Paid Media (Integrated Media)
Midtown Manhattan, NY (Hybrid – 3 Days In Office / 2 Remote)
A well-established, family-founded NYC advertising agency is seeking an experienced Director of Paid Media to lead and optimize multi-channel paid media campaigns while serving as a strategic partner to both clients and agency leadership.
Over the years, this agency has grown into a respected media and marketing partner known for delivering award-winning, results-driven campaigns across Higher Education, retail, healthcare, nonprofit, and consumer sectors. The team combines creativity, analytics, and ROI-focused decision-making to drive measurable impact and meaningful results for clients.
This is an opportunity for a hands-on media leader who enjoys balancing strategy, analytics, and execution while working directly with clients and senior leadership in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
The agency partners with leading media platforms including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, Snapchat, and major media vendors—staying at the forefront of emerging trends, media innovation, and audience engagement strategies.
What You'll Do
• Lead strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting for integrated paid media campaigns
• Manage client relationships and present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to marketing leaders and executives
• Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable recommendations to improve ROI
• Collaborate closely with agency leadership while overseeing media initiatives and supporting team members
• Remain hands-on with campaign planning, media buying, and optimization across multiple client accounts
• Manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Qualifications
• 5+ years of hands-on digital media and campaign management experience
• Strong experience across Google Ads and paid social platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and Reddit
• High level of proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio/Looker Studio, Funnel, and other data tracking and visualization tools
• Funnel experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to assess, improve, and report on campaign ROI with timely and insightful reporting
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze, report, and present data in a clear and meaningful way
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to clients and marketing leaders
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred
• Advertising agency and/or Higher Education marketing experience
