- Employment Type: Travel
- On Call Requirement: Yes - on-call required (no requirement for how close they need to live, ideally 45 minutes away from facility - On call availability approximately 4 call shifts per month)
- Certs: BLS; CRT - Fluoro license, and ARRT
- Must have OR experience
- Every other weekend rotation required
