Job Summary:
A General Ultrasonography Technologist located in Helena, Montana. This position involves performing ultrasound procedures in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The role offers an opportunity to work with advanced equipment and a clinical team that conducts a variety of ultrasound examinations.

Job Details:

  • Location: Helena, Montana
  • Schedule: Days shift, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Certified as an American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) professional with ARDMS profile active at the time of submission; at least 2 years of ultrasound experience; BLS certification; Montana licensing or ability to obtain; prior travel experience preferred; OB and some pediatric (PEDS) ultrasound experience required.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Epic electronic medical records; proficiency with GE ultrasound equipment; vascular, general abdomen, AAA, breast ultrasound, biophysical profiles, thoracentesis, and paracentesis skills preferred.
  • Additional Information: The traveler will not be expected to perform ultrasound-guided procedures or scan breasts. Attire is professional scrubs of choice. First-time travelers are welcome to apply. The clinical team will prescreen interviews with the managers final approval. All demographic information (address, email, full date of birth, social security number, full name) must be loaded at the time of submission. A 70-mile radius rule applies; all RTO or schedule requests must be included with submission, as they will not be approved post-submission.
