What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate logs.
• Communicate with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor concrete consistency and assist with adjustments as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the truck and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and follow DOT regulations.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Capability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, and working outdoors.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $22.32 to $26.20 per hour
