Warehouse / Production Supervisor

The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and experience in overseeing teams to meet production goals, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure safety and efficiency on the floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse and/or production activities to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Schedule and coordinate shifts, delegate tasks, and manage employee performance.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to uphold safety and operational standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking of materials, finished goods, and shipments.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and quality control to maintain smooth operations.
• Enforce safety protocols and participate in safety audits and compliance initiatives.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
• Prepare reports on output, downtime, labor usage, and inventory.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with inventory systems, ERP software, or warehouse management systems (WMS) a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and workplace safety regulations.
