Job Summary:

Fringe Sport is on a mission to help people get stronger through the Garage Gym Revolution.

We're looking for energetic, dependable Warehouse Associates who take pride in doing quality work, helping teammates, and making sure every order ships accurately and on time.

This is a physically active, hands-on warehouse role. Candidates should be comfortable regularly lifting and moving products weighing 50+ lbs and working on their feet throughout the shift.

Essential Functions:

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments
• Assist with inventory organization, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Support teammates and warehouse operations during busy periods
• Follow established processes and safety procedures
• Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (if qualified)

Experience:

• 2+ years of warehouse experience preferred
• Experience with picking, packing, shipping, receiving, or inventory management preferred
• Forklift experience preferred
• Experience operating sit-down or stand-up forklifts is a plus
• Experience using warehouse or inventory systems is a plus
