Job Description

Executive Administrative Assistant to the President

Location: Yucaipa, CA | Role Type: Full-Time, Exempt

The Mission

We are seeking a high-caliber Strategic Partner to serve as the "right hand" to our President. This is not a typical administrative role; it is a position built on trust, operational discipline, and mission success. You will be the primary engine behind the President’s workflow, ensuring that financial operations, business development, executive scheduling, and organizational communication move with precision.

This role is an exceptional fit for Veterans or individuals with Law Enforcement experience who excel in high-stakes environments where confidentiality, situational awareness, and rapid problem-solving are non-negotiable.

Key Areas of Impact

  • Operational Command: Manage a complex executive calendar and coordinate high-priority meetings, ensuring the President is always briefed and prepared for every engagement.
  • Financial Stewardship: Serve as a key partner in our accounting operations. You will manage AP/AR, reconcile statements, and maintain the integrity of our financial records within QuickBooks.
  • The "Gatekeeper" & Liaison: Act as a professional and poised point of contact for high-level clients and partners, managing the flow of sensitive information with total discretion.
  • Project Intelligence: Track organizational initiatives and follow up on critical deadlines to ensure cross-departmental collaboration never misses a beat.
  • Logistics Management: Coordinate seamless travel and prepare comprehensive meeting packets, anticipating needs before they arise.

·        Confidentiality & Discretion — Handle sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism.

Qualifications We Value

  • Proven Track Record: 5+ years supporting and/or working with senior executives, with a demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure environments.
  • Financial Literacy: Required experience in accounting or bookkeeping, specifically with strong proficiency in QuickBooks.
  • The "VET/LE" Advantage: We highly value the discipline, adaptability, and organizational judgment gained through military or law enforcement service.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite and modern digital organization tools.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent high-level operational experience.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Compensation: Solid-base salary.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: A full package designed to support your health and long-term security.
  • Advancement: Opportunities for professional development and a clear path for growth within the organization.
