The Shipping and Receiving Specialist will hold a permanent & full-time position and will work for the Ramsey, MN plant in collaboration with the other international teams (United-States, Canada, Spain & Mexico).

The Day-to-Day

• Handle the forklift and pallet jack to unload incoming orders ;
• Receive incoming orders, and ensure accurate inspection of material ;
• Measure pipe spools, frames and tanks per drawings/mechanical lists ;
• Documentation collection of various forms and certificates ;
• Sort goods to bins and carts per job numbers ;
• Assure general shop housekeeping, maintenance and organization of the plant ;
• Support other manufacturing and warehouse functions as required ;
• Carry out the packaging of shipments, boxing, banding and crating.

The Skills We Are Looking for

• 2 to 3 years of experience in this position;
• Reach forklift experience ;
• Must be able lift, push, pull at least 50 lbs;
• Ability to read prints and use a tape measure to check dimensions ;
• Good knowledge of Excel, Word and general computer skills ;
• Good memory and capable of multi-tasking ;
• Be a good team player ;
• Organizational skills and attention to details.
