What You’ll Do

As a Medical Assistant, you’ll help create a smooth, welcoming, and compassionate experience for every patient.

Clinical Support

· Welcome patients and assist with check-in and intake.

· Gather medical histories and document patient concerns.

· Prepare patients for exams and procedures while ensuring comfort and understanding.

· Assist providers during visits and procedures.

· Perform routine lab tasks, including specimen collection and processing, while following safety standards.

Administrative Support

· Schedule appointments and help coordinate patient flow.

· Maintain accurate records and support efficient clinic operations.

· Keep exam rooms and clinical spaces clean, organized, and stocked.

· Answer patient questions and provide exceptional service in every interaction.
