Warehouse Logistics & Forklift Associate

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics & Forklift Associate to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role requires strong forklift skills, accuracy, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in shipping, receiving, inventory handling, and warehouse logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Load trailers with truckload orders and warehouse transfers using sit-down or stand-up forklifts
• Safely place palletized products into warehouse racking up to 25 feet high without damaging inventory or equipment
• Pick, prepare, stage, and organize LTL and UPS orders accurately and efficiently
• Repackage products, including private labeling, stretch wrapping, and applying printed labels correctly
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and stretch wrappers safely and responsibly
• Perform finished goods put-away using warehouse inventory systems and material handling equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory handling while ensuring all warehouse procedures and safety standards are followed
• Assist with shipping, receiving, warehouse organization, and additional warehouse duties as assigned
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Contribute ideas and feedback to improve warehouse processes and productivity

• Willingness to accept responsibility, learn from mistakes, and continuously improve
• Basic math and computer skills required
• Ability to learn warehouse software and shipping systems
• Forklift experience preferred; must operate equipment safely and follow all inspection procedures
• Commitment to workplace safety and following company procedures at all times

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor for 10+ hours per shift
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment with varying temperatures and dust exposure
• Manual dexterity and ability to safely handle warehouse materials and equipment
