Job Description

EPIC Personnel Partners is currently hiring an experienced Material Handler/Warehouse Associate for a fast-paced distribution warehouse in North Las Vegas. We are looking for a dependable and motivated candidate with strong warehouse experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to safely operate electric pallet jacks and warehouse equipment.

Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Load, unload, receive, and store incoming inventory and materials
Operate electric pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment
Move products throughout the warehouse using RF scanners and inventory systems
Verify shipments for accuracy and inspect materials for damages or discrepancies
Maintain organized inventory and warehouse cleanliness
Assist with shipping, receiving, stocking, and general warehouse duties
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company standards
Work in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity goals

Requirements

Must be able to provide a copy of EPJ certification even if expired
Needs to provide 2 previous supervisors as references- please include this in your cover letter
Minimum 2 years of experience operating an electric pallet jack
Previous warehouse/material handling experience required
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory, and order picking preferred
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a distribution or HVAC supply warehouse environment
Forklift certification is a plus
Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems
