Head of IT
Location: Oahu, Hawaiʻi
Role Summary
Hawaiʻi’s largest food distribution company is seeking a Head of IT to lead enterprise technology, cybersecurity, and systems strategy across a complex, real‐world logistics environment. This leader ensures platforms are secure, resilient, and aligned with business operations across warehouse, field, merchandising, and corporate teams.
What You’ll Do
- Lead enterprise IT and cybersecurity strategy with a multi‐year roadmap
- Establish scalable IT governance, standards, and security practices
- Oversee infrastructure, applications, vendors, and third‐party risk
- Ensure preparedness for cyber incidents, outages, and operational disruptions
- Partner with leaders to align technology with business priorities
- Lead and develop a high‐performing IT team; step in hands‐on as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years leading IT or technology functions in complex organizations
- Strong enterprise architecture and cybersecurity expertise
- Experience supporting distributed, operational environments
- Ability to balance strategy with execution and incident response

Compensation
Salary Range: $140,000 – $200,000 annually
Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity. This range reflects the anticipated base salary for this role at the time of posting.
