Pay: $18.95/hr + $1.00/hr shift differential
Schedule (2nd Shift):

• Monday: 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Tuesday–Friday: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Saturday: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
• 40 hours/week

Job Summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is hiring a Pharmacy Technician for a fast-paced onsite pharmacy/fulfillment environment. You’ll assist licensed pharmacists by preparing and labeling medications, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and in compliance with regulations.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare, measure, count, package, and label prescription medications for dispensing
• Replenish medications in automated cells (opening large quantities of bottles/cases)
• Maintain a clean, organized, quality-focused work area
• Support inventory processes including stock rotation to prevent expiration
• Follow pharmacy regulations and maintain HIPAA confidentiality
• Work as part of a team and stay accountable to productivity and quality expectations

Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Active Indiana Pharmacy Technician license OR active national pharmacy technician license
• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous pharmacy experience
• Lives within a reasonable driving distance of Jeffersonville, IN (onsite role)

Physical Requirements

• Stand/walk for the entire shift
• Lift/carry 20–30 lbs short distances consistently; 15 lbs on an extended basis
