Immediate Opening – Experienced Commercial Dive Supervisor

In Depth Inc., a rapidly growing commercial diving and marine construction contractor based in Florida, is seeking a highly qualified Commercial Dive Supervisor to join our team immediately.

This is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing commercial diving operations, managing dive teams, ensuring compliance with ADCI and OSHA standards, and delivering high-quality underwater inspections, construction, maintenance, and emergency response services throughout the United States.

Position Summary
The Commercial Dive Supervisor is the field authority on every dive operation we run. Reporting directly to the President / Owner, you'll lead dive team members and all field personnel, hold final go/no-go decision authority, and coordinate with clients, engineers, inspectors, and contractors on active job sites. This role carries real responsibility; your decisions directly impact the safety of your crew and the success of every project.

What you'll be responsible for

• Full dive supervision including pre-dive planning, in-water operations, and post-dive documentation
• Life support monitoring and safety management throughout all phases of operations
• Leading and directing dive team members and field personnel on every job
• Serving as the final authority on all go/no-go dive decisions — safety over schedule, every time
• Coordinating with Project Managers, engineers, inspectors, and client representatives on site
• Interfacing with the Shop Foreman on equipment readiness, maintenance needs, and pre-deployment status
• Communicating professionally with external customers and municipal / public-sector clients
• Maintaining accurate records in compliance with ADCI documentation standards
• Evaluating information to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and operational standards

Required Qualifications

• ADCI / ACDE / DCBC / IMCA — Commercial Dive Supervisor certification, current and in good standing
• O2 Administration / CPR & First Aid — current
• Confined Space Entry training
• Fall Protection training
• OSHA 10 minimum; OSHA 30 strongly preferred
• Ability to travel throughout the United States
