Seasonal Warehouse Worker - Lake Country Barge

Lake Country Barge is a locally owned pier and boat lift company serving the Lake Country area with professional, customer‐focused installation and service. We are looking for a Seasonal Warehouse Worker to help us pick orders, assemble boat lifts, and prepare equipment for delivery during our busy season.

Pay and Schedule

• Pay: 18.00–22.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (40 hours per week)
• Occasional overtime may be available during peak season

Responsibilities

• Pick parts and materials accurately from inventory based on work orders and pick lists
• Assemble boat lifts and related components following company procedures and diagrams
• Stage and organize completed orders so crews can load quickly for installations and deliveries
• Help load and unload trucks and trailers using carts, dollies, and other material‐handling equipment
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, including general housekeeping tasks
• Assist with basic inventory tasks such as restocking shelves and reporting low or missing items
• Follow all safety procedures and use proper lifting techniques and PPE

Qualifications

• Reliable, on‐time team player with a strong work ethic
• Able to lift and move 50–75 lbs repeatedly and work on your feet for an entire shift
• Comfortable in a fast‐paced, physical warehouse and shop environment
• Detail‐oriented when matching parts to pick lists and assembling components
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate clearly with supervisors and crew leads
• Previous warehouse, construction, or mechanical/assembly experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
• Must be at least 18 and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license preferred; forklift or pallet jack experience a plus
