Night Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Night Warehouse Supervisor to oversee overnight warehouse operations and lead a productive team environment. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership abilities, solid computer skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to safely use a wide variety of tools and warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nightly warehouse staff and operations
• Ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards are met
• Monitor inventory, shipments, and warehouse workflow
• Train and support team members
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical or equipment issues
• Complete reports and communicate with management using warehouse software and computers
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong computer and communication skills
• Mechanical knowledge and problem-solving abilities
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and warehouse equipment
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Forklift experience is a plus

Schedule

• Overnight/Night Shift
• Weekend availability may be required
