About Us

We are a family-oriented row crop farming and precision agriculture business. We value strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and supporting our team members’ family life. Family needs and important events come first whenever possible.

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated, hardworking individual to join our team. This role focuses on daily row crop farming operations — including seed corn production — along with equipment operation and maintenance, with some support for our precision agriculture services. We will train the right person who demonstrates reliability and a desire to grow with our operation.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain farm equipment including tractors, planters, sprayers, seed harvesters, and other machinery used in row crop production

Perform daily farming tasks such as tillage, planting, spraying, seed harvesting, and general field work for our seed corn and other row crops

Drive semi-trucks for hauling grain, inputs, or other farm needs (CDL required or willingness to obtain; F endorsement is a plus if full CDL is not attainable)

Assist with precision agriculture activities including soil sampling, crop scouting, and installing/removing soil moisture probes to help clients manage their operations more efficiently

Conduct basic equipment maintenance and repairs

Work as part of a small team to keep daily operations running smoothly

Work Schedule

Year-round full-time employment

Hours vary by season — longer days during planting and harvest

Flexibility offered for family needs, school events, and important family moments

Qualifications

Strong work ethic and positive, team-oriented attitude

Motivation to learn farming equipment operation, maintenance, and precision ag tasks

Ability to perform physical outdoor work in all weather conditions

Valid driver’s license; CDL or F endorsement preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Chemical application license is encouraged and can lead to a pay increase

Experience with farm equipment is a plus, but not required — we will train you

Reliable and safety-conscious

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive pay depending on experience with the possibility of hourly or salary compensation.

Potential pay increase with a chemical application license or CDL/ F endorsement.

Stable year-round work

Supportive, family-first environment with schedule flexibility

How to Apply

If you’re a dependable, hardworking person who enjoys hands-on farm work and wants to be part of a team that values both results and family time, we’d like to talk with you. Please attach a resume and or work references and or experience on a farm.
