Site Attendant - Waste Management Convenience Center

We are currently looking for a dependable and motivated Site Attendant to join our team at a Waste Management Convenience Center in the Vero Beach area. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

• Full-Time Position
• Days Off: Tuesday & Wednesday

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with disposal and recycling procedures
• Direct traffic and maintain a safe, organized flow of vehicles
• Keep the facility clean, neat, and hazard-free
• Monitor disposal areas and ensure safety guidelines are followed
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Support daily site operations as needed

Requirements

• Ability to pass a drug test
• Clean background required
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to work hard

Previous experience in waste management, general labor, landscaping, construction, or customer service is a plus — but not required. We are willing to train dependable candidates with a strong work ethic.
