Production Associates - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading manufacturer of high-end glass containers, is seeking a Production Associates to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, teamwork skills, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associates

Location: Monaca, PA

Pay Range: $19.99/hr

Shift:   2 weeks of 7A-7P; 2 Weeks of 11A-11P,  2 weeks of 7P-7A and 2 weeks of 11P-11A

• Operate and monitor glass manufacturing equipment to ensure quality production
• Assist in the assembly and packaging of glass containers
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to safety protocols
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
