Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Hybrid Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the customer service and order entry teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:  Hybrid Customer Service Representative

Location: Corona, CA

Pay Range: $19.00

Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM 
Hybrid role: Remote Mondays and Fridays;
In-office Tuesday through Thursday (Corona, CA).

MUST RESIDE NEAR CORONA CA, THIS IS NOT A FULLY REMOTE POSITION.

What's the Job?

  • Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Manage customer inquiries via Zendesk email-to-ticket system
  • Reach out to customers as needed to clarify order details
  • Provide general customer support with a focus on accuracy and professionalism
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction

What's Needed?

  • 1+ year of customer service and data entry experience
  • Strong 10-key and data entry skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Office 365
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers
