Personal Injury Paralegal (Plaintiff)

This is an ON-SITE opportunity. Not hybrid or remote.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters including auto accidents, slip & falls, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury cases
• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel
• Obtain, review, and organize medical records, bills, and other case documentation
• Draft demand packages, correspondence, pleadings, discovery responses, and other legal documents
• Monitor deadlines, court filings, and case progression
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, mediation, and settlement coordination
• Maintain accurate case files and updates within the case management system

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of plaintiff personal injury paralegal experience preferred
• Experience handling catastrophic injury and complex personal injury matters is a plus
• Strong understanding of personal injury pre-litigation and/or litigation processes
• Experience reviewing medical records and preparing demand packages
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
