Ethnix Group is seeking a dynamic, bilingual Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to find great people. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys recruiting both frontline and professional talent, building strong relationships with leaders, and creating innovative hiring strategies that drive business growth.
You'll lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across Logistics, CDL-A Transportation, Warehouse Operations, Sales, Corporate, and Support functions while helping shape our employer brand and recruiting strategy.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from requisition approval through onboarding
- Recruit for CDL-A Drivers, DOT-regulated positions, warehouse associates, operations leaders, sales professionals, and corporate roles
- Source talent through Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, referrals, community partnerships, and networking events
- Create engaging job advertisements, recruiting campaigns, and employer branding initiatives
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and workforce plans
- Analyze hiring trends, recruiting metrics, turnover data, and staffing needs
- Manage recruiting budgets, sponsored job postings, and vendor relationships
- Support onboarding, orientation, career fairs, and hiring events
- Travel to company locations and recruiting events as needed
What We're Looking For
✅ Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
✅ Experience recruiting for Logistics, Transportation, Distribution, Warehouse Operations, Manufacturing, or Sales
✅ Knowledge of CDL-A driver recruiting, DOT environments, and operational hiring
✅ Experience with recruiting platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, and ATS/HRIS systems
✅ Strong marketing mindset with the ability to create compelling job postings and recruiting campaigns
✅ Data-driven approach to reporting, hiring metrics, and workforce planning
✅ Comfortable working onsite and partnering directly with operations leaders
