Salary & Bonus

• Base Salary: $55,000 – $65,000

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and operationally strong General Manager to lead a high-volume Quick Service Restaurant environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced operations, develops strong teams, and drives restaurant performance through accountability, guest service, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations
• Lead, coach, and develop restaurant management and crew teams
• Drive labor, food cost, and operational efficiency
• Ensure exceptional guest service and fast, accurate execution
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and Ecosure standards
• Manage scheduling, staffing, inventory, and restaurant profitability
• Build a positive, high-performance team culture
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives
• Execute company operational systems and performance goals

Qualifications

• Previous General Manager or restaurant leadership experience required
• Strong QSR or high-volume restaurant background preferred
• Experience managing labor, food cost, and P&L performance
• Hands-on leadership style with strong communication skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced operational environments
• Proven experience developing and coaching teams
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Hamburger University (HU) Certification preferred or willingness to obtain

Schedule Expectations

• Average 45–50 hours per week
• Flexible schedule based on business needs
