Salary & Bonus
- Base Salary: $55,000 – $65,000
- Monthly Bonus Potential: Up to $1,500
- Additional $500 Bonus for 100% Ecosure Compliance
- Annual Equity Performance Program:
- 8% of restaurant profit margin participation

We are seeking a driven and operationally strong General Manager to lead a high-volume Quick Service Restaurant environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced operations, develops strong teams, and drives restaurant performance through accountability, guest service, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations
- Lead, coach, and develop restaurant management and crew teams
- Drive labor, food cost, and operational efficiency
- Ensure exceptional guest service and fast, accurate execution
- Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and Ecosure standards
- Manage scheduling, staffing, inventory, and restaurant profitability
- Build a positive, high-performance team culture
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives
- Execute company operational systems and performance goals
Qualifications
- Previous General Manager or restaurant leadership experience required
- Strong QSR or high-volume restaurant background preferred
- Experience managing labor, food cost, and P&L performance
- Hands-on leadership style with strong communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced operational environments
- Proven experience developing and coaching teams
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Hamburger University (HU) Certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Schedule Expectations
- Average 45–50 hours per week
- Flexible schedule based on business needs
