Forklift Operator 1st Shift

Position Summary 

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator with experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts. This role plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, including material handling, inventory movement, and maintaining an organized and efficient work environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently 
• Load, unload, and move product throughout the warehouse 
• Perform inventory control and assist with stock organization (FIFO) 
• Stage materials for shipping and receiving 
• Conduct routine equipment checks and report any issues 
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed 
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment  
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements to perform the job safely   
• PPE required: closed toed shoes and safety goggles   

Qualifications & Skills 

• Prior experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts required 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment 
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness 
• Experience with inventory, shipping/receiving, or material handling preferred 
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic 
• Ability to lift weight up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods 

Employment Type & Compensation 

• This is a Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire position 
• Pay rate is $20.00 per hour 
• Application Window: Open until filled  

Work Schedule 

• 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM  
• Overtime and some Saturdays available
