What you’ll do:
- Safely operate sit-down forklift and pallet jacks.
- Load/unload trailers; move, stage, and put away materials.
- Pick and stage orders to meet productivity and accuracy goals.
- Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report issues.
- Maintain clean, organized aisles and follow all safety/OSHA rules.
What you’ll bring:
- 1+ year forklift experience in warehouse/distribution.
- Current certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet.
- Reliable attendance and clear communication.

What you’ll do:
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile variances.
- Investigate root causes of discrepancies; execute adjustments per policy.
- Use WMS/ERP and RF scanners to track inventory accuracy in real time.
- Coordinate with Receiving, Picking, and Shipping to maintain stock integrity.
- Maintain 5S standards in bins, racks, and staging areas.
