Hourly Banquet Coordinator

McLoone's Restaurants is seeking a banquet coordinator in an hourly role. The right person for this position is highly motivated, organized, loves to stretch their creative wings, brainstorm and be part of an amazing team focused on creating exceptional and memorable events for our guests. Must work well with others, be a problem solver, motivated and hospitality driven.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Meet with potential clients to give details regarding our location
• Gather and communicate clients needs so we can best execute their event
• Create and update banquet event orders and process invoices
• Communicate with both the kitchen and front of house staff
• Manage logistics and execution of special events from corporate dinners, bridal showers to weddings.
