CNC Machine Operator - HVAC, Automotive & Electronics Manufacturing

In this role, you will operate advanced CNC machinery to produce high-quality precision components used in HVAC, automotive, electronics, construction, and industrial manufacturing. If you are hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to build a long-term career, we want to hear from you.

Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train candidates with the right attitude and mechanical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC lathes and milling machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring tools.
• Make machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor production issues.
• Maintain production quality and safety standards.
• Keep machines and work areas clean and organized.
• Support continuous improvement and efficient manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC, machining, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Fanuc controls or similar CNC systems is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
