Assistant Manager – Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)

Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Assistant Manager to support daily operations in a fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant environment. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining operational standards, and supporting team development while driving sales and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening/closing shifts
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service
• Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met
• Support scheduling, labor management, and shift execution
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and cost control
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health regulations
• Support training and development of new and existing employees
• Drive sales performance and help meet store KPIs

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a QSR or fast-paced restaurant environment (Shift Lead, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• High level of accountability and reliability
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Basic understanding of restaurant operations, including cash handling and inventory
