What You'll Do Deliver automotive parts to customers, repair facilities, and internal departments safely and efficientlyVerify parts, invoices, and delivery documentation for accuracyMaintain delivery schedules and provide excellent customer service during every interactionAssist with pulling, stocking, and organizing parts inventorySupport order fulfillment and special-order trackingFollow up on backordered parts and customer requestsHelp maintain inventory accuracy and replenish assigned stockEnsure proper billing and documentation of parts transactionsSupport the outside sales team through timely deliveries and customer supportParticipate in ongoing product and process training What We're Looking For Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordDependable, punctual, and customer-focusedStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to lift and move automotive parts as neededPrevious delivery, warehouse, parts, or customer service experience preferredAbility to pass a background check and drug screening Who We Are At Principle Toyota Memphis, we're committed to building meaningful relationships with our customers, associates, and community.
