📅 Schedule: 2-3 Days/Week
💰 Hourly Rate: Starting at $45/HR (DOE)

Rock Creek Care Center is on the lookout for a dedicated and energetic

Registered Dietitian to join our team part-time! This is your opportunity to bring your clinical expertise and compassionate care to a facility that values teamwork, respect, and resident-centered service.

🌟 What You'll Do:

• Conduct nutritional assessments and create individualized care plans
• Monitor dietary needs, preferences, and changes for residents
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team (nursing, culinary, social services & therapy)
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility nutrition standards
• Educate staff, residents, and families on nutrition and wellness
• Support quality improvement initiatives for dietary services

🧠 Who You Are:

• A Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) in good standing
• Experienced in long-term care or skilled nursing settings (preferred)
• A great communicator and proactive problem-solver
• Passionate about improving lives through nutrition
• Organized, friendly, and a true team player
