Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: My mom is fairly self-sufficient but needs help with mail, garbage, and maybe a few tidying or household tasks. She also just needs someone to talk to for a bit. She doesn't need it every day, but maybe three times a week while we are gone. About the care needs: Mom's health and activity levels aren't great, but she has no pressing medical issues. That said, the ability to respond to an emergency would be extremely helpful. She has had a couple of falls in the last few years. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
