Pet Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I have a senior Chihuahua named Nino. He is completely blind so he wears a halo around his head.. He likes to be sat with and just loved on. Its very hard for him to navigate around the house and you would have to take him outside depending-the hours may have to feed him and give him supplements, that are herbs .. so mostly every time you need to take him outside or show him where the is water you have to pick him up.. and just sit with him I have cameras all in the house so you can talk to me and I can talk to you.
