We are looking for a detail-oriented Audit Support specialist to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will help the Investment Management Resource Team input financial statement information for a large portfolio of properties. This opportunity is well suited for candidates with a background in finance or accounting who can learn quickly, work accurately, and stay organized in a deadline-driven environment.

• Partner with members of the Investment Management Resource Team to resolve questions, clarify discrepancies, and escalate issues when needed.
• Manage assigned work efficiently to meet project deadlines during the 1–2 month contract period while maintaining dependable attendance.
• Apply careful attention to reporting details to support consistent and reliable tax return input across the portfolio.
• Coursework or a degree in finance, accounting, or a closely related field, or comparable hands-on experience in a relevant role.• Familiarity with tax returns, financial statements, and financial reporting concepts.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new systems, instructions, and processes in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong analytical skills, including experience with financial analysis, variance review, or related data-oriented work.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Proven accuracy when handling detailed numerical information and repetitive data entry tasks.
• Availability to commit to the full contract duration with minimal absences during the active project period.
