Job Description

·         Develop, apply, and maintain quality requirements and standards across manufacturing operations

·         Manage and oversee APQP documentation processes to ensure compliance and traceability

·         Drive pursuit of NADCAP certification to meet aerospace industry standards

·         Provide hands-on support for AS9100 compliance as needed throughout the facility

·         Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and operational efficiency

·         Work within Plant 1 supporting aerospace blade production involving machining, waterjet, EDM, and grinding operations

Key Requirements 

• Metal manufacturing experience
• Purchasing raw materials experience
• ERP experience

Key Requirements

·                     Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment

·                     Demonstrated experience with CNC and machining processes

·                     Working knowledge of AS9100 quality management system standards

·                     BS/AS degree required
