Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Job Location: 100 Power Dr, Mankato, MN 56001
Duration: 8 weeks (possible extension)
Payrate: $23/HR ON w2
Shift: Work schedules will operate Monday–Thursday from 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, with mandatory Friday and Saturday support during the June 8th–20th transition period. All personnel will be required to comply with Rolls-Royce safety and PPE requirements.

Job Description
We are hiring Warehouse Associates for a short-term assignment supporting warehouse and logistics operations at the Rolls-Royce facility in Mankato, MN. This role involves handling materials, supporting inventory movement, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, store, and organize incoming materials and products
- Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records
- Operate pallet jacks and assist with material movement
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
