Warehouse Receiving & Inventory Clerk

We’re hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory and Asset Scanning person to support the scanning and intake of incoming telecommunications equipment. This role is critical to ensuring assets are accurately received, scanned, recorded, and processed in the inventory/asset tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform ERT scanning activities for incoming telecommunications equipment per customer and operational requirements
• Ensure all assets are accurately scanned, recorded, and processed within the ERT platform
• Identify and escalate asset discrepancies, damaged equipment, or scanning issues
• Receive, inspect, and book in incoming telecom equipment and materials
• Accurately input data into inventory/ERP systems (e.g., Sage X3 and ERT Systems)
• Verify shipment contents against delivery documentation and purchase orders
• Label, sort, and process equipment for storage, refurbishment, resale, or recycling
• Handle telecom hardware safely and efficiently within warehouse/processing areas
• Dismantle equipment and segregate materials/components for recycling and recovery (as needed)
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records
• Follow all health & safety, environmental, and quality procedures
• Support warehouse organization and housekeeping; collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong IT skills (data entry, inventory systems, Microsoft Office)
• Prior experience in a warehouse, goods-in, logistics, or booking-in role
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Comfortable handling electronic/telecommunications equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organization and time management

Nice to Have (Training Provided)

• Experience with ERP/inventory systems (ideally Sage X3 and/or ERT Systems)
• Telecom/electronics/technology industry exposure
• Knowledge of refurbishment or recycling processes
• Forklift license (if applicable)
