Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time role spans from August 3, 2026, through June 25, 2027, with a weekly schedule of 40 hours. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification (Ohio teaching license preferred)
• Proven experience or passion for working with high school-aged students, especially those at risk of falling behind or leaving school
• Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and compliance
• Ability to differentiate instruction and provide academic support tailored to individual learning needs
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement individualized education plans to support students’ unique learning goals
• Offer academic, social, and emotional instruction, fostering an environment of trust and motivation
• Collaborate closely with educators, counselors, and vocational staff to ensure holistic support
