Compensation
- $17.50-$24.50 per hour, based on experience

What You'll Do
As a key member of our clinical team, you'll help deliver exceptional patient experiences and ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the practice.
You'll make an impact by:
- Providing hands-on patient care, including rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, administering injections, performing urine testing, assisting with anemia and iron management, and supporting patient education
- Coordinating clinical procedures and diagnostic testing, including specimen collection, blood pressure monitoring, scheduling, and follow-up care
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation within the EMR and communicating important patient updates to providers
- Managing patient scheduling, recalls, referrals, and care coordination to help patients stay on track with treatment plans
- Supporting clinic operations through medical records management, inventory control, HIPAA compliance, and collaboration with team members across multiple locations
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who has:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) or graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program
- 1-2 years of clinical medical assistant experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience with EMR systems and common clinical and office equipment
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively
- A patient-first mindset and a commitment to providing compassionate care
