Receptionist
Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
$16.43/hour
We are currently recruiting for one of the local county offices. This is an entry level position and a great opportunity to gain experience in a government office setting.
Some of the essential responsibilities would include
• Welcoming and directing all visitors including vendors, clients and customers
• Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic word processing software
• Knowledgeable in front office operations including filing, scanning and completion of daily tasks
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Pay rate: $16.43
