Warehouse Shipping Receiving Clerk

Pay: $23/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse / Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a management position, as the selected candidate will have the opportunity to be trained and developed into a leadership role.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and basic machine operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Load, unload, and verify incoming and outgoing shipments
• Operate warehouse equipment and machinery as needed
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
• Coordinate with Office Management, Sales, Purchasing, and Operations teams
• Ensure orders are processed efficiently to meet delivery deadlines and customer expectations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Identify and resolve operational issues to keep workflow running smoothly

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in warehouse, shipping & receiving, or logistics preferred
• Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills; fluency in English required
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Valid Class C (non-CDL) driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed
• Steel-toe boots required
