Job Description
Our client in North Hills, PA is hiring June 5th - October 2nd but has potential to go longer. Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM. Pay: $20-24
The main function of an administrative assistant/executive assistant is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research handling information requests and performing clerical functions. A typical administrative assistant acts as information and communication managers for an office.
Job Responsibilities
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies maintaining records management systems and performing basic bookkeeping work
Prepare invoices reports memos letters financial statements and other documents
File and retrieve corporate documents records and reports
Read and analyze incoming memos submissions and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution
Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee board and other meetings
Responsibilities

Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED required
5-7 years experience required
Experience working with executives highly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required.• 5-7 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
• Prior experience supporting executives or senior leadership is strongly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of an organization.
• Proven ability to prioritize work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple assignments at once.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with general comfort using office software and computer-based systems.
• Ability to maintain organized records, protect confidential information, and exercise sound judgment in a detail-oriented setting.
• Experience with customer service, meeting coordination, document preparation, and general office administration.
