Step into a rewarding role supporting K-12 students as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) on a contract spanning the 2025-2026 academic year—plus additional opportunities for the Extended School Year (ESY) after the core school year ends. This hands-on position is set near Norwich, CT, and offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in a school environment.

In this opportunity, you will work a consistent 35 hours per week, supporting a diverse caseload of students from kindergarten through twelfth grade. You’ll collaborate closely with educational staff to create and implement effective behavioral interventions and provide ongoing support to both students and faculty, helping foster positive and productive learning environments.

Qualifications & Skills Desired:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required
  • Demonstrated prior experience working directly in schools
  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
  • Effective communication skills with students, teachers, and families
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a varied caseload
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze student needs
  • Design and oversee individualized behavior support plans
  • Consult and collaborate with school staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide direct intervention, model techniques, and train educators in best practices
  • Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed
  • Fulfill documentation requirements and contribute to IEPs as appropriate

This is a fantastic opportunity for a BCBA seeking a dynamic environment within the school system and the chance to contribute to students' growth throughout the academic year—and beyond.

If you’re passionate about student development and eager to use your expertise in a supportive educational setting, we encourage you to submit your application today!

Compensation for this position ranges from $43.50 to $63.50. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
