RN - Med Surg / Telemetry / Progressive Care Unit (PCU) | High Demand

We are seeking experienced and motivated Registered Nurses (RN) for their Med Surg / Telemetry / Progressive Care Unit (PCU). This is an excellent permanent opportunity for nurses who thrive in fast-paced environments and are confident working independently in a smaller rural facility.

Position Details

• Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts
• Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend
• No On-Call Required
• Patient Population: Newborn – Geriatric

Compensation

• Hourly Range: $33.90 – $45.25/hour
• Estimated Annual Salary: $70,512 – $94,120
• Based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Monitor patients with cardiac/telemetry needs
• Deliver safe and effective nursing care in Med Surg and PCU settings
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Utilize strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and communication

Requirements

• Active New Hampshire RN License or Compact License
• Minimum 2 years of:
• • ICU, PCU, or Med Surg experience
  • Emergency Department experience
  • Telemetry experience
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS Certifications Required
• Comfortable working independently in a small/rural hospital environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
