Minimum Requirements:

• LPN License for MI or Compact as applicable
• Applicable recent experience in this LPN Nursing Home work setting
• Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
• Certifications: BLS, LPN license
• Equipment/Procedures: Point Click Care, SNF, IVs for fluid or antibiotics
• Weekend/Call: Weekend = Required; Call = None stated
• Experience: 1 year
• Local Restrictions: Radius restriction: 50 miles
