The school serves “opportunity youth” ages 15–21, equipping them with flexible, self-paced academics, high school diplomas, and hands-on career and technical training for transition into stable careers.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• A valid Special Education Teaching license or eligibility in Ohio
• Experience working with high school-aged students, particularly those from diverse or at-risk backgrounds
• Strong understanding of instructional strategies tailored for varying abilities and learning styles
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver customized instruction to meet the needs of learners in a flexible, supportive environment
