American Traveler is seeking an RN for a Medical Oncology Clinic position at a cancer center, requiring a NH or compact RN license and recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 trauma experience.
Details- Outpatient medical oncology clinic setting
- Day shift schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week
- No weekend or on-call requirements
- Primary work in the clinic conducting patient education, phone triage, and acute clinical assessments
- Active NH or compact RN license required
- BLS certification required
- Recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 trauma experience within the last 2 years required
- Two managerial references required for consideration
- Oncology experience preferred but not required
- Responsibilities include patient education, phone triage, and assessing acute clinical needs
- Collaborative role working alongside physicians, nurses, and associate providers
- Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
