PRIDE Health is seeking a local contract Medical Lab Scientist for a local contract job in Liberal, Kansas.

Pride Health is hiring MT/MLT to support our client’s medical facility based in Liberal, KS
\n . This is a 3-month assignment with the possibility of a contract-to-hire opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
\n Location: Liberal, KS
\n Duration: Perm Role
\n Shift: Day /Evening Shift 7:00 am - 3:30 pm /3:00 pm 11:30 pm
\n Pay rate : $27.10 Starting pay , increases with level of experience
*Pay rate is strictly based on years of experience and educational qualifications.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n Perform laboratory testing across departments including chemistry, hematology, serology, urinalysis, coagulation, blood bank, molecular, and microbiology
\n Ensure accuracy and timeliness of test results
\n Operate and maintain lab instruments and equipment
\n Follow quality control and safety procedures
\n Collaborate with clinical teams to support patient diagnosis and care
\n Requirements:
\n Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science
\n Phlebotomy required
\n Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary lab environment
\n Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Facility Overview
\n 110-bed hospital with ER, Skilled Nursing Unit, Surgery/Recovery, OB, ICU, and Medical Unit
\n Lab supports both inpatient and outpatient services
\n Collaborative team of technologists and phlebotomists across all shifts
\n Compensation & Benefits
\n Competitive pay (based on experience)
\n Shift and weekend differentials
\n Relocation bonus up to $2,500
