American Consultants is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Lubbock, Texas.

Location: Lubbock, Texas
Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00); 6 weekend shifts required per 6-week schedule; 48-hour weeks approved
Highlights:- Level II Pediatric Trauma Center with 181 staffed beds
- Labor and delivery unit with 15 rooms and monthly birth volume of 100-200
- No floating between units; no on-call requirements
- Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:1 to 1:2
- Free parking and bike racks available
- 24-hour orientation with Epic charting system
- Active Registered Nurse license (Compact license required at time of submission)
- Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate
- Epic charting system experience preferred
- Experience with 1:1 to 1:2 patient ratios
- Comprehensive L&D skills including neonatal resuscitation, high-risk deliveries, cesarean sections, triage, fetal monitoring, and postpartum care
- Must provide 2 professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
- Clean background check required
