American Traveler is hiring a Radiologic Technologist for a 13-week travel contract in California, performing diagnostic imaging including radiographs, CT scans, and mammography on a Friday–Sunday schedule.
Details- Works in a hospital radiology department performing diagnostic imaging
- Modalities include general radiography, CT scans, and mammography
- Friday through Sunday schedule, three 12-hour shifts per week
- Position requires standby availability and after-hours, weekend, and holiday callback
- AS degree in Radiologic Technology required
- Current ARRT certification required
- Active California CRT license required (license required if applicable)
- Current BLS certification required
- Valid venipuncture certificate required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience required
- Must be able to work independently and function as a collaborative team member
- Responsibilities include performing quality radiographs, CT scans, and mammography as needed
- Additional duties may include protocolling, scheduling, answering phones, and serving as a resource for insurance-related questions
- Candidates who have passed the CT and/or Mammography registry are preferred; if not yet certified, passing the registry is required within one year of hire (or within two years if pursuing both)
