American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / EP Technologist with at least 1 year of experience in EP and Cardiac Cath Lab procedures for a 13-week travel contract at a short-term acute care hospital.
Details- Work in a short-term acute care hospital with 223 staffed beds
- 4-room EP and Cardiac Cath / IR lab environment
- EP cases performed one day per week, with Cath/IR cases the remaining three days per week; EP duties are expected to expand as the EP program grows
- Cerner EMR preferred
- 4x10 hour day shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- No weekend shifts required
- No on-call requirement
- No floating outside of assigned unit
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in both Diagnostic Cardiac Cath Lab and EP Lab settings
- EP procedural experience required
- Cardiac Cath Lab procedural experience required
- Must be EP trained
- COVID-19 vaccination required; medical and religious exemptions accepted
- License required if applicable
- Pending licenses are not accepted
- Perform EP procedures as well as Cardiac Cath and IR cases depending on daily scheduling
- Royal blue scrubs required
- Parking is included at no cost
- First-time travelers are not eligible for this position
- Local candidates are accepted
- No RTO is permitted during the contract; RTO requests may be discussed during the interview process if applicable
- Block schedule accommodation may be discussed during the interview
